I'm Troy Yang, and I'm glad to introduce myself to you. I'm from Wuhan, China, and I'm currently pursuing my master's degree in MUSA (master of spatial analysis) at the Weitzman School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania. This site is my social work window, so I will be documenting my studies, research projects, analysis results, and some of my photography and paintings on this site, and I hope to post my thoughts on music, film, and books here in the future if I can.

I know it's always hard for people to introduce themselves in an engaging way because people often don't know themselves as well as they imagine, but I always enjoy digging in and summarizing myself, which helps me calm down, grows my confidence, and makes me realize that being a humble student can also be enjoyable.
